Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following condition:

• The product received is damaged due to our packaging or handling.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Color or texture variation
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

Return Request Timeframe

• Any eligible return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Proof of Damage

To process a return request, customers must provide:

• Clear photos or a video showing the damaged product.
• The proof must clearly show the product and the issue for verification.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To raise a claim, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

• The video must begin before the package is opened and continue until the product is completely unpacked.
• The package and product must be clearly visible throughout the video.
• The exact damage to the product must be clearly shown in the video.
• The video must be continuous and should not contain cuts or interruptions.
• The claim and unboxing video must be shared with Alairejewelcove within 24 hours of delivery.

Important

• Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.
• Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
• Products must not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• No refunds will be provided.
• Once a damage claim is verified and approved, Alairejewelcove will provide an appropriate exchange, depending on product availability.
• If the same product is unavailable, we will assist you with a suitable exchange option.
• Change of mind or personal preference is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
